I got this back in 2003, so its pretty old, but it spent most of the last 7 years sitting in its original box. Figured I'd see if anyone wants to make an offer.

Comes with-
original box with cushy foam padding
Braille Note BT with 18 cell braille display
Key Soft 3.07 build 2175
Windows CE 2.12
carrying case
cassette tutorial
serial cord
9 to 25 pin cable adapter
earphones
telephone cord

tentatively includes:
braille manual
super disk drive
disk
user guide for disk drive

I’m almost certain I have the items included in the tentative list, but they’re sitting in my old room a state away. I’ll update this post with a definite yes/no within a week. The only thing it doesn’t come with would be the AC adapter, which is MIA.

So if you’re interested or know someone outside of the Zone who may be, please send me a pm with a reasonable price offer as this thing has been sitting around for several years now and I’d much rather it go to a good home where it can be useful to someone. If I can’t sell here, I’m throwing it on Ebay, but would much rather work something out with one of you all as I’m not thrilled about paying Ebay fees. So, come on, find this poor sad old machine a new home.

I can't find the items on the tentative list, so I'll be selling just what's mentioned under "comes with"
Again all reasonable offers considered. I want this gone.

i'm not sure if you'll find anyone who'd take that, it's too far behind in the note taker market anymore

I'd be interested, but without having an adapter, no way to test and see if the unit even powers up or if it needs a battery replaced.

I had a vender do the little battery cycling thing and basic checkup about 3 years ago, but that's honestly the last time the thing was touched. I was able to use a generic AC adapter to power it up, since I needed to grab the software versions to make this post, so it definitely powers up fine and the Braille display was working perfectly, but beyond powering up I'm not sure what else I can do to test out how spiffy everything is.

I threw it up on Ebay with a min bid of $40. If anyone's interested search Braille Note and it'll pop up.
